Puerto Rico v. Shell Co. (P.R.)
''Puerto Rico v. Shell Co. (P. R.), Ltd.'' was a notable Supreme Court of the United States case. The issue was whether a local ("insular") law could be pre-empted by the Commerce clause of the United States Constitution.
